They are honest but dogged and inflexible. I've purchased over the counter and 
via mail order (web) over quite a few years however a recent experience left me 
a little irritated. I purchased some goods using their on-line order system via 
the credit card I have always used with them both over the counter and on-line.

Recently in the case of international purchases they suggest that for first 
time purchases on a card they require a copy of that card front and back. Since 
I had used this particular card previously and there had been no address 
changes in all the years I had been purchasing off them I assumed the card and 
my details had been deemed OK. 

I was wrong. They happily debited my card on the day of the purchase but 
wouldn't ship the goods until I sent them images of my card even after I had 
produced details of their own sales dockets confirming the use of the card and 
my address. So I eventually relented but I don't appreciate them having a copy 
of my card and neither do my card providers.
