Canon's good enough for most people. Nothing wrong with that. I just don't want to buy what most people buy. Look at the bright side. You won't have to share your precious Pentax lenses with her :-)

She thinks the Canon is bulky and ugly, but money is an issue. She won't take my offer to pick up the difference, either... The only reason for her to go Pentax are the lenses she could borrow from me. PDML members, I need you to give me more reasons to turn her away from the dark side!
