Thanks muchly Patrick- they got back to me this morning and it turns out
that they can send me the letter here in the UK! So I've got approximately 4
days to get back to Devon to check my mail- how exciting. :-)

Oh the image was actually one I put in for the 'Environment' PUG ages ago..
