Hi Rob thanks for the link, I just saved it on HD. I have a soft ball from Hama, but it is a pain to fixate it on the flash. I can dismount the lamp arms from the repro table, I will try photographing with two side lamps next time as a compromise (and maybe the reduced flash a front light). The table itself is to heavy to carry a lot and she does not want it standing in her living room for a longer time :-)
Would you use ISO100 or even slower film for the clay figures and can you recommend a brand? bye Markus There is a lot you can do with flash following is a good tutorial using an hand made diffuser: http://www.fredmiranda.com/A18/ I would recommend a 4 lamp repro-table. If you wanted to head down that path just pic up a pair of cheap flexible table lamps with ES threads (like the cheap ones from Ikea) and buy a pair of spiral daylight balanced compact fluorescent lamps. You may be surprised just how good the results can be. Cheers, Rob Studdert
