I have an older Gitzo tripod for sale, it was purchased from an outdoor photo pro several years ago for use with my 600mm FA lens. I recently purchased a Gitzo 1548 CF and have no use for this tripod.
Great for use with bigger lens that require extra stability. I don't know the model number but it compares well with a Gitzo 1548 (except it isn't carbon fiber). Fully closed - 29" long Fully opened - 61" Three leg sections with two eared adjustments on each leg. Flat plate top (no extension) Has seen much usage but remains totally functional (I replaced the leg bushings when I purchased it) As an added bonus it was personally autographed by the pro. If you're looking for a heavy duty tripod this is one to consider. Kenneth Waller
