In the original print, the text of the paper is quite readable.  I
agree with you WRT the light in the women's face, especially the one
in the upper right.

All of my B&W PAWs are scanned from 8x10 working prints with a cheap
Epson scanner into Photoshop 6.0.  I really don't know how to exploit
PS, but I just got a book from a list member that will help me a lot,
if I ever read it.  <g>
