Talking about frail old ladies

One of my clients just went digital recently.
He bought a Nikon D70.
It doesn't have a PC socket, so he has to use one of those PC socket 
adaptors that fits on the hot shoe.

It quit firing his studio lights very suddenly during a shoot.
The moral, I guess, is to not use hot shoe adaptors to trigger studio 
lights, at least not with a D70.
