Thanks banget ya Pak Muchtar atas infonya.

Sekedar saran:
1. Slalu tutup pintu & jendela, terutama jika hari panas, kalo habis hujan
boleh dibuka (liat2 kondisi).
2. Tutup bouven & jalusi dengan kain strimin yg kecil agar ulat gak masuk
tapi sirkulasi angin tetap terjaga.
3. Ulat yg sudah terlanjur masuk, ya mau gak mau semprot aja pake obat
serangga. Nyemprotnya giliran dr ruang yg satu ke yg lain, sambil amankan
anak2 & makanan.
4. Kalo dah gak ada ulat bulunya lagi (dah banyak kupu2 kecil), ajak
tetangga utk bersih2 semak2 di lingkungan ibu (biar kenal & tambah akrab).
5. Utk antisipasi terkena ulat, sediakan minyak tawon.
Smoga membantu.

Subject: [balita-anda] ulat bulu.

Dear Rekans,

Slam kenal
Di daerah dekat rumahku, cengkareng ada ulat bulu kecil. Yang berasal dari
semak2. Karena ulatnya kecil dan ringan, maka terbawa angin dan terjebak
dirumah2. Angin lumayan kencang, tapi sayang membawa ulat bulu.

Dear rekans, please...mohon sharingnya donk, kira2 solusinya gimana ya untuk
menghilangkannya.

Karena ulat ini dah masuk kerumah. Bahkan dirumah tetanggaku ada banyak,
sampai jalan2 ditembok rumahnya. Aku gak berani buka pintu dan jendela,
untung ada AC, jadi gak gerah banget. hiii ngeri dech. Mana aku baru 3hari
pindahan lagi.
Trus..gimana treatmentnya klo terkena bulunya yg gatal itu?

Duh....Ditunggu banget2 sharingnya
Thanks a lot

Lena

Thanks for the explanations. I played around with the different
OSD_DISPLAYs (SDL, Bmovl2) and got
both methods working on DirectFB now.

As the DirectFB Mevas Display Engine is not ready yet:

- What do you guys use as background video for the server mplayer
instance? It would be very nice if
one could just leave the video out. Any ideas? I think an endless mpeg
stream containing only black frames
would work for now, wouldn't it? Did anyone built anything for this
purpose?

I also looked a bit into bmovl2 and experimented bit with the python
example (I am just learning python,
so don't expect too much):

- I started an mplayer server instance for bmovl2:

$MPLAYER \
    -vo dfbmga \
    -vf scale=720:-2,expand=720:576,bmovl2=/tmp/mplayer.fifo \
    -loop 2 \
    background.avi

- started an mplayer client instance, too

$MPLAYER \
    -vo bmovl2:fifo=/tmp/bmovl2-fifo-22672-0 \
    -ao null \
    video.avi

- I changed Jason's python example (contained in the mplayer patch) a
bit so that it changes the
position and transparency of the overlayed video continously:

import sys, Image, os, time

fifo = os.open("/tmp/mplayer.fifo", os.O_RDWR, os.O_NONBLOCK)

for i in range (0, 256):
    data = "ATOM\n"
    data += "ALPHA mpimg %d\n" % (i)
    data += "MOVE mpimg %d %d\n" % (i, i)
    data += "ENDATOM\n"
    time.sleep (0.02)
    os.write(fifo, data)

Can someone tell me why the movement becomes so much slower to the end?
I am afraid that this could be a problem
for the smooth movement of our future OSD elements...

BTW, will the DirectFB Display engine use hardware accelerated alpha
blending?

Hope I don't annoy you guys with my questions, but I am really excited
about the new possibilities of bmovl2 and
future freevo versions... and about any chance to get rid of that
horribly DirectFB flickering when starting videos
on the G400 TV-Out, too ;-).

Markus
