Hi Juan ...
Open PS Camera Raw and open RAW image (I just clicked on the file)
Click on OK - File opens in PS window Use File > Save As Choose TIF or PSD from drop down menu
That's all there is to it. Works for Nikon NEF Files as well, and probably others.

I realized yesterday that a PEF file can be saved, unmanipulated, as a TIF or a PSD file.
How? Is there a simple way to do this?
A quick search showed a post to this list by John Francis, saying that the Pentax RAW format has a TIFF structure. Photoshop doens't want to open a PEF file as TIFF, saying it has an unsupported bith depth (I suppose that's the 2 byte per pixel thing)
How did you do it? It would be interesting to play with one of these
files.
