I would have thought that to be unlikely.  ISP screening processes might
weed things out of your email feed, but normally the filtering and sorting
into mailboxes is done by your email client.

Perhaps the messages that don't get sorted are being sent to the list
via a Cc: address, and you're only filtering based on the To: address ?
