I think the Pentax 67 without meter prism should count. True, it has an electronic shutter, but everything must be selected manually. No automatic of any sort.

That got me to wondering howmany people here have never used a fully manual camera - no autofocus, no modes, no built-in meter. Anyone?
No built in meter? So this rules out the K1000. That's the simplest camera I've used, aside from a two dollar 110 that wasn't really useable. (pics came out horribly blurry)
