I have had 3 lens repaired by Pentax and was very satisfied with the repair
and the price. Check out the Pentax web page for address. I think the web
page now has tracking of your repair. They will send you a letter
describing the repair and cost which you authorize first. I have faxed
back my authorizations and everything went quickly.
