Hi Powell, Leon, William and Paul thanks a lot for your good suggestions for the repair of the photo and future handling of light. I will try the instructions Jostein gave me, they are handy for the next overexposed photo too :-)
My next photo shootings of the figures will be with Ikea style photo lamps as suggested by William and Rob and if possible some natural light from a window. BTW, I still use a analog Pentax SFXn and will not got digital in the foreseeable future.... happy new year to you all Markus >>From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >>Sent: Monday, December 27, 2004 12:28 AM >>To: [email protected] >>Subject: Re: WOW:raw clay figurine with overexposed face >> >> >>Hi Markus, >>It's just overexposed. Leon In PhotoShop you can do a Select - Color Range on the yellow and then modify it with Levels, or Curves, or Hue Saturation. Powell In addition to what Paul mentioned, when you go to reshoot it, try moving the light closer. William Robb >>
