East Village, dan :) the building is going up between Lafayette, Astor place, and the tail end of 4th ave, across from Cooper Union, where there had been a parking lot for years, and next to the Carl Fisher building, which is now luxury condos. Maybe I'll do a long shot when I go out so you guys can see what it looks like that are trying to picture it.
