The reason I want both is just like yours. 
I still have a lot of pleasure shooting with my LX and ME-super... <vbg>
I like digital for its convenience, but I just can't throw film away for
the gorgeous slides it gives me~~~

PS: I would love to see some photos taken with A16 and K15 (other than
those in the Pentax lens gallery...<g>)

I have both, I'm keeping them as I still use film cameras, if I didn't I

wouldn't. The fisheye effect of a 16mm lens on the *ist D looks like an
ultra-
wide with very bad barrel distortion however it can provide an AOV just
a 
little wider than the 15mm when converted to a rectilinear projection.
If 
you've money to spend or 35mm bodies to service go ahead. If you would
like to 
see some example images to illustrate the above then let me know.
