the sheep and raven pictures were accidental and i didn't try very hard to
get "publication " shots. for the sheep, we were in the middle of the
highway and it wasn't a good idea to stop for more than a few seconds. i
actually wanted to zoom in even more on the sheep to get just a head shot
and not have the distracting branches on the right, but it wasn't
co-operating. alas, 320mm wasn't long enough and i was hand holding. the
background was too busy for zooming out to get a full body and surroundings
shot. the raven was checking out my lunch and i wasn't going to give it any.
i wanted more zoom for the raven too.

> Very nice. Love the landscapes. If any of them are soft, it's certainly
not obvious on the web images. In regard to the two wildlife shots, I wish
you had framed down just a bit on both. You have plenty of toom in the
frame, but you've cut off their feet. Nevertheless, a very nice set of
pictures overall.
