OK, thanks. That's the info I was looking for and hoping not to get. The Kodak Retina Lenses are then a strange beast. They are interchangeable on the Retina iiiS (a rangefinder) and on the Reflex S (an SLR). I've also used them succesfully on the K1000.
My HOPE was that I could also use my LTM lenses on the M42 bodies. Oh well...
