I like the photo, which totally wouldn't work for me in colour, BTW <g>. Actually, it's quite an exquisite photo. Just a little fleeting moment between two people. A speechless communication. It's not the fact that she's giving him a taste of her food (so it seems), it's the look of concern and caring on her face.
