I would email the seller, many people don't change any of the default
options, so it's just left to US only even if the seller wouldn't mind
international bidders. Or with a big item like that the seller may not
want to deal with international (because people balk when the seller quotes
a large shipping fee) - but if you show you are willing to pay the fee the
seller may be happy to let you bid. Whatever you do don't bid then tell
the seller where you are after the auction.
