Tokina 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5 AF

I just purchased what looks like a nice example of this lens (Tokina 
20-35mm f/3.5-4.5, I think the AF235 II HLD model) on eBay for $150 
Buy It Now. I found a few comments on it, but I'd like to know if 
anyone else has experience with it. Any comments? Reviews? The seller 
said it has a very good manual focus feel for an AF lens. How's flare 
resistance? Distortion?
