The *ist-D mkI offers dual RAW and JPG in full resolution. This feature is used by the Pentax Photo Browser (and also by Breeze Browser, I believe) for zoom-previewing PEFs. Unfortunately the JPG is worst-quality only, so it's not really useful for any other purposes.
