Is it also called high density foam, like the stuff the put in camera cases.

If you dare to cut the foam yourself (frozen is easier to cut), you can get big quantity cheaply in your craft store. Look for closed cell foam, same stuff the Evazote sleeping mat is made from. It's just cheaper than the ebay kits, but needs some more work. Bonus is, you can use the rest for padding anything that needs padding ;-)
