Very true, and not all positives are equal either.
If you think of it 95% of transactions should be rated as neutral. Nothing great, but nothing bad about them either. As it is all they mean at the best is Positive=they didn't rip me off, and negatie=they did rip me off. There is truely no way to indicate exceptional service in the current way things are done. I have gone to just saying OK in my positive feedback when things are just normal, and actually mentioning any really good service or not so great service, while limiting negative feedback to those who I feel have deliberately tried to rip me off which hasn't happened lately. Of course that means you have to actually read the feed back to get any useful information. It is sad that folks read neutral as negative thus making it useless.
