There is even a way to restore paper fogged by light. During the WWII
paper was scarce.

Unfortunately, I don't have the recipe.

Spoiler ahead: As to the fog, if it is chemical fog due to just aged
paper, try benzotriazole. Few grams max. And experiment. A lot :)
