It's NOT fixed aperture! At the long end it has aperture of f/16,
which is totally unusable for anything that moves even slightly. You
won't able to focus, et cetera.

Don't get it. It's utter crap.

If you want to shoot birds and cheaply, get an used Sigma f/8 600mm
mirror. You can even handhold the sigma for good results!

I agtee with Fra on this one. The widest aperture is f/8.0, which is also too small for practical use. Buying that lens would be a waste of money, in my opinion.
