The MZ-3 has a pentaprism; the MZ-7 from vague memory may have penta-mirror (darker). The MZ-3 also has a faster shutter (thus faster X-sync speed); this is its only difference from the -5n, I believe. Just DOF preview and spot metering would be/were enough in my case to look for a -5n/3. Oh, and the price you are getting (if it has no problems) is super. HTH, Kostas
