The US national parks are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Interior -- there may be useful information on this federal cabinet-level department's web page on Yosemite. Also, you can probably get current road conditions either from the California Highway Patrol and/or the American Automobile Association (AAA, generally referred to as "Three A" on the US West Coast, where I came from originally).
