You've pretty much nailed it. It's a beauty salon on Champs Elysees. I walked by and noticed a film crew inside shooting the hairdresser and the woman who was being attended to. I was wearing black, so you can see through the part of the window where my image is reflected. The rest of the window is reflecting the street. I only managed this one shot as the sound guy in the foreground moved to block my view. I don't know if the woman in the chair is a celebrity or if this was merely a commercial shoot for the salon.
