Well, if you count framing the shot the way I did as manipulation, then yeah.  
But other than moving myself around on the sidewalk, there isn't any 
manipulation in that image.

The whole scene, without manipulation, is quite boring, but also quite amusing 
in its own right:

Note the Escalade parked in the "compact" spot, followed by an Expedition, 
followed by the Suburban--all in quick succession.  The closest thing to a 
compact on that block was a Ford Crown Victoria (!).  That's what made me 
take the picture in the first place--I'd noticed this while driving by in my 
own largeish vehicle ('91 GMC Safari).
