The red lights demarking the lifting section do it for me...
Once blown up, they will stand out a little more, and make a point of interest in an otherwise somber scene..

I really like # II -- good composition, nice color contrast of red shack against gray, like the horizon line being high, etc. The others are fine/okay; they just don't do that much for me.
You used the gloomy weather well.
