Burr... You need to get a real thermometer. I 've had dial thermometers but
found when I went looking in stores, that many were off by as much as 10
degrees F from each other. That makes me suspect their accuracy (not that
yours isn't). Of course, when it gets that cold you can't really feel the
difference between several degrees.
