well, you've got a lousy deal. my furnace does have some warranty -- a few years
of full replacement.
A few years of full replacement is not the same thing as guaranteeing that nothing will go wrong.
Nor does it necessarily mean they are responsible for repairing flood damage in the event a loss of heat causes burst water pipes.
