Valid point. Speaking strictly for myself, I'd certainly be willing to pay extra for this feature. Much more than I would for the aperture simulator. And *this* gives me another brilliant (I've had a pint or two so the modesty is really kicking in now!) idea: Since this feature would be firmware based, why not make it an *option* for the camera? Those who want it can pay for it and those who don't can save a few dollars... and upgrade later if they decide to.
