It was a big factor for me getting a DSLR (sooner than I thought I would, 
BTW). Only one lab around here that makes decent prints and they aren't all 
that 
close to me (and now, finally, they will also print from digital, but it took 
them a while to come up to speed -- I no longer worry they will disappear too).
