Hi gang, This is a building built in the 30s by a freak architect called Salamone. He came to Argentina and convinced government to build several public buildings in very small towns (3000 inhabitants). He built cemetaries entries, cityhalls and slaughterhouses. All were huge and pastiche, out of scale in their enviroments. This is a cityhall:
