I find the opposite. Since I always have a camera with me, everyone seems to be used to that fact, and most of my friends and acquaintances don't seem to notice that I'm taking photos of them - like my PAW from earlier this evening. Farmer John new I had the camera pointed at him, but didn't flinch or even seem to notice.
