Hi Mishka, It was quite a while back, so my memory is not perfect. But I think ti was handheld. It was on a day when I was shooting surfers, and I always shoot them handheld. The metadata is on my other computer, and I'll take a look at it later. But the pic looks like it was shot wide open. Long lenses can be a lot of fun, and they certainly give you a unique perspective. Paul
