And when i use AdobeRGB, i have to tell the program explicitly? What do you think? Does it matter wether to use sRGB or AdobeRGB? I learned Adobe was a little bit larger, better.

It doesn't actually embed the CS profiles so on opening the TIFF or JPEG in your editing application you need to be sure to open it relative to the correct colour space. Most systems/applications assume that images lacking colour space information are sRGB by default.
