Very cool, it's really interesting how perspective changes as you really start 
to get up close to things. Don't write it off as a serious lens though, you'd 
be surprised just how much you can get away with in scenic shots where there 
aren't to many man made objects for reference. Put the horizon straight through 
the centre of the lens and no one will be any the wiser.

I used my fisheye on the *ist D to shoot my ex's baby sisters wedding the other 
day. Of course the *ist D crops the bad distortion off the edges and I can turn 
them into a regular WA shot with special photoshop plug-ins however many of the 
shots worked in the fisheye format.

The following shot I made right up close in really limited space, 2nd from the 
left is my better half Ger, then my ex's mum and dad (yes it's all very civil).
