To do batch RAW conversions in Photoshop CS, you need to first
creae a PS script that allows you to open a RAW file and make
your RAW conversion settings, Save As to a file. Once you have
that script saved, you use the File Browser's Automate command
to select a folder full of RAW files and tell it to apply that
script to open them, one at a time, with ACR and save each of
them after processing.
It's pretty easy and is explained fully in the Photoshop CS
Help.
