Where'd y'go? I like this one. There are a couple of other pics within this shot, but this is pretty good. Perhaps a somewhat tighter crop ~might~ work a little better, maybe a slightly longer focal length. But those are just things I'd have tried - might not have yielded better results. The shadows make the pic, IMO.
Go out earlier, stay later, work the scene more. Take 100 photos. There's some nice possibilities evident here, and you enjoy the area. Bring a little lunch and make a picnic of the day.
