Nice idea but 2 negatives stand out.
First, The woman doing the braiding is too dark. I'm not sure that much could be done about that as it looks like she is more in the shadows then the light skinned woman getting the braiding done. Perhaps some fill flash may have helped if that was an option.
Second, the background is too busy for my liking. A shallower depth of field may have helped. I could not figure a different cropping that would have helped.
Also, it looks like the woman getting her hair braided is slightly out of focus.
