Hello Ryan, Parts of this I really like. The lighting is very nice, the composition is pretty good, the subject matter is unusual in that it is a scene most of us see all the time, but rarely see in a picture. On the downside, I assume, based on the title, that you may have even been driving at the time - that said - the horizon is crooked (bugs me just a little) and the top right is pretty white (I think I would have tried to bring out the clouds more over there). The B&W treatment is very nice here.
