Nice price Bill, congrats. I never was able to find a rear cap
for the FC-1. However, my lovely and very clever wife took a
small piece of chamois (the real thing, not the stuff that is
sourced from Naugas) and made me a soft leather cover. It is
just a piece of leather (about 3 inches square) with an elastic
strap sewn to it to keep it in place. The leather wraps around
the entire eyepiece, then the elastic wraps around that. It has
worked for over 15 years now keeping the rear element from
getting damaged. I have lately been wondering if one of the
plasic cases that APS film comes in would work with some
adjustment, but I keep forgetting to bring one home.
