Jack, I agree. I did nothing in Photoshop, except adjusting RGB levels. The Tokina lens is fitted with a filter; Skylight/KR 1.5. I believe this causes the slightly darker colouring. The Pentax lens also has a slightly better "out of focus rendering/sharpness" (the roof tiles in the background).
