Not pretty. It looks cheap and toyish. It also makes it look non-professional, which I believe, is the whole idea.
Some people hate the idea of being confused with a pro. I once waated to buy a Metz hammer head flash for work - like the ones I often use myself. My boss said no - go with a traditional camera flash. The hammer head will look too professional!
