Actually, Frank...that's okay, as there's nothing TO get!
They eventually receive permission to drape, wrap, display their ideas of an "art form" in public venues.
They have an idea and present it.
Not for approval, not for anything but the pure joy (to them) of presenting it!
Once done, it stays up/displayed for a specific period of time, and quite literally overnight it all disappears again!
In their own way, an interesting couple.
