If it works as well as the A50/2.8 Macro, it will be a delight.
BTW:
The "Pentax K Auto Extension Tube Set B" arrived yesterday.
Brand new, old stock, $75 complete. Only the lens diaphragm is
automated, no other connections from the A setting or AF drive
to the camera are made. I tested it with the M85/2, FA135/2.8
and A50/2.8 Macro ... All work and meter perfectly on the *istDS
in Manual exposure mode, using the lens' aperture ring to set
the aperture (with the Custom Setting set to permit such
operation) and the AE-Lock button to activate the meter and set
the shutter speed.
