My Sigma EF-500 DG Super arrived this afteroon, and I've done some testing. I have to say that i'm very impressed. It does high speed synch, trailing curtain shutter, P-TTL, contrast control, exposure compensation, etc. It seems to support all of the functions of the AF 360GFZ with output that's close to that of the AF 500FTZ. The head tilts and swivels unlike the 360, which apparently provides tilt only. This is important when taking vertical format pics and bouncing the flash. The build quality seems quite good. I tested the high speed synch, the trailing curtain shutter synch and the p-TTL operation at a variety of exposures and distances. All of the shots appeared to be properly exposed on the *istD lcd screen. Paul
