That's not _my_ version of XP - that's Eric's version. (Although my version of XP does look pretty much like that) Note that in this image: http://efeatherstone.dyndns.org/~eric/b.jpg there is an editable text box. But to open that box from here: http://efeatherstone.dyndns.org/~eric/a.jpg you need to click in the part of the highlighted area that lies above the editable text box - the rightmost part of that blue-highlight area. Clicking too far to the left within the highlighted area has no effect.
